Life Enrichment Counseling Center, located in Gainesville, Virginia, was established in
April 2005 to provide quality counseling and therapy services to children, adolescents,
adults, couples and groups in Northern Virginia. Life Enrichment's vision is to inspire
people to live more fulfilling lives and to step into their wholeness.

The therapists and counselors of Life Enrichment Counseling are committed to providing
holistic services to our clientele. The counseling and therapy services we provide address
the total needs of our clients, including their psychological, physical, social, emotional,
and spiritual well-being. Our facility is warm and inviting conducive to emotional growth and development. Our goals include:

February 21, 2009 - We are pleased to welcome Christina Benedi, MA, LPC to Life Enrichment Counseling Center. Ms. Benedi provides individual and group psychotherapy to adults and her clinical areas of interest include Christian counseling, stay at home Moms, self-esteem, body image, depression, anxiety, and family of origin issues.
